Prices are charged at the price shown on the products page of our website at the time the order is completed and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Errors and omissions excepted. Postage and packing will be added to the final total before checkout.
We aim to describe the goods we supply as accurately as possible. Any pictures on this website used to convey the colour of the goods should be taken as a guide only due to the limitations of colour reproduction on screen. If the exact shade of goods is critical please ask for a sample before placing an order. Due to the nature of many woven goods sizes are approximate and should not be taken as an accurate measurement. If you require precise dimensions please contact us before placing an order.
We aim to dispatch orders within 5 days of receipt of payment, Standard delivery is via carrier all deliveries will require a signature. Where goods are out of stock we will contact you and inform you of the anticipated delivery date and give you the opportunity to cancel your order.
Payment is due on placement of a purchase order by means of either secure online credit card transaction by credit card over the telephone or by cheque made payable to ‘Solva Woollen Mill’. Any goods remain the property of Solva Woollen Mill until paid for in full. Order conformation will be acknowledged by e-mail, please check the details as soon as possible.

If you decide you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please return the goods, with contact information including an email address. They should be unused and arrive back at the mill in their original condition, within 14 days of receipt. Under these circumstances a refund will be given less the original purchase and packing cost when we receive the returned goods.
Damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods – in the unlikely event that your parcel arrives damaged or the products are faulty or incorrect please notify us within 7 working days either by telephone 01437 721112 (Mon-Fri, 9.30 – 5.30) or by email firstname.lastname@example.org . It is your responsibility to return the goods, unused and in their original condition. We will contact you to discuss either a replacement or a full/partial refund.
We will treat all information provided by you confidentially; all reasonable steps are taken to ensure your data is secure. Unless you specify otherwise we will use e-mail as the preferred medium for corresponding with you and from time to time we may send you details of special offers or new products. If you prefer not to receive such correspondence please contact us. We will not pass your contact details to any 3rd party.
