We aim to dispatch orders within 5 days of receipt of payment, Standard delivery is Royal Mail for smaller items or via courier for larger parcels. Where goods are out of stock we will contact you and inform you of the anticipated delivery date and give you the opportunity to cancel your order.
At this time we are sorry but unable to offer shipping abroad.
Payment is due on placement of a purchase order by means of either secure online credit card transaction by credit card over the telephone or by cheque made payable to ‘Solva Woollen Mill’. Any goods remain the property of Solva Woollen Mill until paid for in full. Order confirmation will be acknowledged by e-mail, please check the details as soon as possible.
Orders may be cancelled up until the time of processing by either e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephoning +44 (0) 1437 721112
If you decide you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please return the goods to the mill address. An explanantion of why the item is being returned, together with your contact information, including an email address, should also be included. It is your responsibility to return the goods to the mill unused and in their original condition, within 14 days of receipt. Under these circumstances a refund will be given less the original packing cost when we receive the returned goods.
Damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods:
In the unlikely event that your parcel arrives damaged or the products are faulty or incorrect please notify us within 7 working days, either by telephone 01437 721112 (Mon-Fri, 10am – 5.30pm) or by email email@example.com .
